Manisha is a Certified Dietician, Sports Nutritionist, and Fitness Trainer; specializing in Weight Loss, Muscle Gain, and Sports Nutrition. She has been in this field for several years, and positively impacted health & lifestyles of hundreds of Fitholic members! She believes that balanced diet and workout help you get back in shape and continue leading a healthy lifestyle.

Over a period of time she has built up a great knowledge from various sources related to nutrition and physical fitness studies, which helped her in designing different diet plans and training plans.
