Almond Bread Recipe (protein rich bread)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Almond powder
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (Room Temperature)
  • 1 &1/2 bakaing powder
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs (optional)
  • Put all ingredients in bowl with the help of hand blender mix it well. Grease the tin with butter and pour the mixer in it .Preheat oven at 200 bake it for 20 mins.After 20 mins insert the tooth pick and check its cooked or not.

Method

  • Chops all the vegetables into cubes.
  • Mix beaten curd, salt, lemon juice, flaxseed and pomegranate to the veggies.
  • Garnish with coriander and serve.
