Ingredients
½ cup Bajra flour or pearl millet flour
½ cup Ragi flour or finger millet flour
½ cup Jowar flour or sorghum millet flour
½ cup Wheat flour or atta.
1 tbsp cashews
2 tbsp seeds (flax seed,chia seed)
1 ½ cup dates (Can be used as per sweetness)
1 tbsp Ghee
2-3 green cardamoms
How to make recipe
Heat ghee in heavy bottom pan and roast flours on medium flame until aromatic.The raw smell must go away.Roast all flours one by one separately.
Deseed dates and grind them in blender.
Take big bowl and mix all above ingredient’s properly and roll healthy and tasty ladoo,s.
