Nutritious Multigrain Ladoo

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Bajra flour or pearl millet flour
  • ½ cup Ragi flour or finger millet flour
  • ½ cup Jowar flour or sorghum millet flour
  • ½ cup Wheat flour or atta.
  • 1 tbsp cashews
  • 2 tbsp seeds (flax seed,chia seed)
  • 1 ½ cup dates (Can be used as per sweetness)
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 2-3 green cardamoms

How to make recipe

  • Heat ghee in heavy bottom pan and roast flours on medium flame until aromatic.The raw smell must go away.Roast all flours one by one separately.
  • Deseed dates and grind them in blender.
  • Take big bowl and mix all above ingredient’s properly and roll healthy and tasty ladoo,s.
